Mission Unstoppable: I Didn’t Think Anyone Knew I Was Alive

This is the story of an ordinary woman, Linda Bremner, who made an extraordinary impact on thousands of children’s lives.  She was a mother of a little boy named Andy, who was suffering from a life-battling disease.  Her son fought long and hard, but eventually passed away.  After his death, she was looking through his special box and she came across an address book that had the names of his cancer camp friends.  She decided to send them each a little note and was shocked when she began receiving responses in the mail from them saying, ” I didn’t think anyone knew I was alive.”  After reading this she decided that she would send weekly cards to all of his camp friends because she knew it made a difference.  From this, Love Letters Inc. begun with a mission to send weekly homemade cards to children who were facing life-threatening illnesses.

This simple act of kindness touched many people’s lives.  It let the children know that someone out there cares for them during this scary time in their lives.  Her organization touched many lives and put a smile on so many people’s faces.
